These terms describe the use of Ramble.ie, operated under licence by IPcom Limited, company number 602426, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Contact: admin@ramble.ie.
Travel information
Our publication offers general information and editorial ideas. Conditions, opening times, transport, prices and access can change. Check current information with the relevant operator or authority before travelling or booking. Choose activities for your circumstances, follow local instructions and obtain specialist advice where needed.
Bookings and other websites
Ordinary outbound links take you to websites with their own terms and privacy practices. A booking made with an attraction, accommodation provider, retailer or other business is with the party identified in that booking. Ramble.ie does not take travel bookings or payments through this publication. A link does not guarantee availability or establish an independent review.
Commercial relationships
Advertisements, sponsored material and links involving a relevant commercial relationship will be identified with the content. Read our Commercial and Editorial Disclosure. The planned business directory is not currently accepting entries or payments through the website.
Text, images and other rights
Copyright and other rights in material on Ramble.ie belong to the relevant rights holders. Photo credits identify the sources and licences for licensed images. Any reuse under an open licence must comply with that image’s actual licence, including attribution and share-alike requirements where applicable. A photo licence does not license all other content on the page. Contact us if you wish to reuse material without a stated permission.
Contributions
A pitch or submission is subject to review and does not guarantee publication or payment. Publication rights, editing, credits and any fees must be agreed in writing before use. Send only material you own or are authorised to share, and disclose relevant commercial interests. See Submit a Story for the process.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, distribute malicious material or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit material that infringes others’ rights or contains fabricated reporting or misleading claims. We may take proportionate steps to maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
Availability and responsibility
We may restrict access when reasonably needed for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections.
Corrections and complaints
Email admin@ramble.ie with the page address, the issue and supporting information. We will consider corrections and complaints fairly. A complaint about a direct purchase or booking should also be raised with the business concerned; you may still report inaccurate information on Ramble.ie to us.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms to reflect the website and legal requirements. Changes do not retrospectively rewrite a separately agreed order or remove rights already acquired. Irish law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.
